How do I add multiple caregivers?

Go to Profile → Manage Babies → Select a baby → Invite Caregiver. Enter their email address and they'll receive an invitation to join.

Is my data secure?

Yes! All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security measures and never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Can I export my baby's data?

Yes, you can export all your data from Profile → Account Settings → Export Data. You'll receive a downloadable file with all your baby's information.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account. This will immediately and permanently remove all your data. This action cannot be undone.

What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?

Canceling your subscription does not delete your account or data. Your data remains accessible even with a canceled subscription. To permanently delete your data, you must explicitly delete your account through the app settings.

How accurate are the AI insights?

Our AI provides suggestions based on patterns in your data and pediatric guidelines. However, always consult your pediatrician for medical advice.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription through your app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Go to your account settings in the respective store and manage subscriptions.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled through your app store (Apple or Google) and are subject to their refund policies. Contact the app store directly for refund requests.

Is Whhe suitable for premature babies?

Yes! Whhe supports corrected age calculations for premature babies. You can set your baby's due date and the app will adjust growth percentiles accordingly.
